Health Wealth is a sister company of Home2Home Therapy, a mobile allied health service provider established since 2021. We trust that our team at Health Wealth can provide high quality Physiotherapy, Podiatry and Dietetics services to you and your family.

About Our Practice

Health Wealth aims to provide evidence-based physiotherapy services designed to support mobility, physical function and overall wellbeing. Our approach combines hands-on physiotherapy care with targeted exercise rehabilitation, with treatment plans designed to each individual’s needs, goals and circumstances.

We believe in a collaborative and holistic approach to care, taking the time to understand each person and support them through every stage of their journey.

Meet Our Dedicated Staff

Sam Yee

Principal Physiotherapist

​Sam is experienced in working with a variety of conditions and he specialises in managing acute low back pain, falls prevention, total hip/knee replacement rehabilitation, sporting injuries and working with individuals with disabilities.

Sam graduated from Curtin University and has been working as a home visiting Physiotherapist since 2017.

Ping Tay

Women’s Health and Senior Physiotherapist (Maternity Leave)

Ping graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science Physiotherapy in 2018 and a Master of Clinical Physiotherapy (Continence and Pelvic Health) in 2021.

Ping has a diverse range of experience within the aged care sector, community rehabilitation, and private practice sector treating musculoskeletal injuries, vestibular problems and women’s health conditions. Her passion lies in pregnancy and post-natal care, empowering women to take charge of their pelvic and general health in a holistic manner when and after having a baby.

 

Shelly Voo

Physiotherapist

Shelly is experienced across hospital, community, and NDIS settings. She is passionate about supporting individuals in building functional capacity, improving mobility, and increasing independence in everyday activities. Shelly takes a person-centred, goal-oriented approach, working collaboratively with individuals to enhance participation, confidence, and overall quality of life. In addition, she works as a sports trainer with Gymnastics Western Australia, providing on-site management of sports injuries, and has experience as a support worker delivering gym-based and community programs to promote safe physical activity, independence, and engagement.

Outside of work, Shelly enjoys staying active through gym training and Pilates, which supports her understanding of movement, strength, and injury prevention. She also enjoys healthy baking and values a balanced, sustainable approach to overall wellbeing.

Calvin Lee

Senior Physiotherapist

Calvin, a Curtin University graduate, excels on collaborative work with people of all ages and diverse abilities. His professional journey includes experience in neurological disability rehab, private physiotherapy clinic, and occupational onsite practices.
​In the clinic, he focuses on treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries, cardiopulmonary issues and vestibular problems. Calvin also provides physiotherapy services in the community and NDIS sector, specialising in neurological and geriatric conditions to help individuals achieve their goals. His proficiency in managing clients across different age groups and abilities is supported by a strong foundation in physiotherapy skills.

Miki Leong

Senior Physiotherapist

Miki Leong is a Curtin University graduate Physiotherapist with a passion for transforming lives through personalised care. She focuses on identifying the root causes of conditions to provide effective treatment and management, driven by the belief that everyone deserves to live life to the fullest.

With experience in both community rehabilitation and private practice, Miki specialises in musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain management, and women’s health. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, enabling her to support a diverse range of clients.

Outside of work, Miki enjoys staying active and exploring her interests in food and nutrition.

Allison Ip

Dietitian

Allison is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) registered with Dietitians Australia (DA). She holds a Master of Dietetics from Curtin University and has worked in various settings, including medical clinics, aged care facilities, and online consultations. Allison has a particular interest in weight management, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, underweight/low appetite, PCOS and high blood pressure.
In her free time, she enjoys exploring new restaurants and sharing her experiences on social media.
