Our Physiotherapy Services:

At Health Wealth, we provide physiotherapy services for a wide range of conditions that may impact movement, mobility, strength and daily function. This includes support for new injuries and flare-ups such as neck pain, back pain and ankle sprains, as well as sports injuries, muscle weakness, joint stiffness, chronic pain, arthritis and mobility difficulties. Our physiotherapists take the time to understand each person’s concerns, complete an assessment and develop an individualised plan based on their needs, goals and circumstances.

We also provide physiotherapy support for neurological, respiratory, post-operative and men’s and women’s health conditions. This may include rehabilitation following knee or hip replacement surgery, support for respiratory conditions such as COPD, balance and falls support, and care relating to pre and post-natal conditions or incontinence management. Our team works collaboratively with clients, families and other healthcare providers to support ongoing care and participation in everyday activities.

Our Podiatry Services:

Our podiatry services support people experiencing a range of foot, ankle and lower limb concerns that may affect comfort, mobility and everyday activities. This includes general foot care such as treatment of nails, corns, calluses, bunions, cracked heels and dry skin, as well as support for ingrown toenails, foot pain, heel pain and ankle discomfort. 

We also provide podiatry support for people living with chronic health conditions that may affect the lower limbs, including diabetes. Services may include routine foot assessments, monitoring skin and nail health, footwear advice and recommendations for insoles where appropriate. Our team works collaboratively with clients and other healthcare providers to support ongoing foot health, comfort and mobility.

Our Dietetic Services

Our dietetic services provide personalised nutrition support for people with a range of health conditions, dietary concerns and lifestyle needs. Our dietitians work with individuals to understand their health goals, eating habits and medical history, and provide practical nutrition guidance tailored to their circumstances. This may include support with general healthy eating, weight management, meal planning and nutritional education.
We also provide dietetic support for people living with chronic health conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular conditions, gastrointestinal concerns and other medical or disability-related dietary needs. Our approach focuses on collaborative care, realistic strategies and ongoing support to help individuals make informed choices around nutrition and wellbeing as part of their broader healthcare plan.
