Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy
At Health Wealth, we value your time and strive to provide high-quality care to all our patients. To ensure fair access to appointments, we have the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or missed appointments will incur a fee of $50.
- This fee is not covered by insurance, Medicare or third-party payers.
Note: It is considered as a late cancellation if you arrive 10 min later later to your appointment and needed to reschedule the appointment.
**We consider arrivals more than 10 minutes late as a late cancellation because it makes it difficult to provide you and others the full care and attention each appointment deserves. Our sessions are carefully timed, and starting late can affect your treatment and also the schedule for everyone after you.
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointments. Repeated late cancelation may result in the restriction of future bookings.
